Armor Of God Prayer

Though the powers of darkness in heavenly places surround me; I will put on my armor, that I may stand and be strong in The Lord.
I will cover my waist with Your belt of truth Lord; That I may not be deceived, but be ready to follow You, wherever You tell me to go.
I will cover my chest with Your breastplate of righteousness; So my heart will be protected and blameless in Your sight.
I will cover my feet with the shoes of Your gospel; That I might stand firm, and unafraid.
I will cover my head with Your helmet of salvation; That my mind will be protected, and my eyes focused only on You.
I will take up my shield of faith; To keep me secure in battle and know that I am protected in You.
And, with the sword of Your word; I will cut through the darkness and deliver those that are lost, and destroy those that wish to enslave them.
